I started out casually looking, had a very specific list of criteria, and was willing to wait for the right place in a competitive market. He was patient during the search and when that place did show up, sealed the deal and then helped guide me through the close. Really great experience working with Greg to sell our home! We live 2 hours away and time and efficiency (and of course getting the most of our sale) was quite important to us.
